Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of injection molding machines to ensure safe, stable, and reliable operation.
Machine Setup & Parameter Adjustment
Set up and adjust machine parameters according to production and product requirements to maintain production efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality.
Preventive Maintenance
Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend machine service life.
Equipment Installation & Training
Assist with the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment, and provide operational and basic maintenance training to relevant personnel.
Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to independently perform routine equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Injection Molding Equipment Experience
Good understanding of injection molding machine operation, equipment structure, and common troubleshooting procedures.
Problem-Solving Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected equipment issues on the production floor.
Responsibility & Teamwork
Responsible and safety-conscious, with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
